1. Must be a CrossWinds Casino Facebook follower to participate and claim prize(s) unless noted/approved through the Gaming Commission for specific promotions.
  2. Must be or become a Club WINDS member to redeem prize.
  3. Must have a valid state issued ID to claim all prizes.
  4. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate. CrossWinds Casino reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant.
  5. Employees of CrossWinds Casino are not eligible to participate.
  6. By participating, patrons allow CrossWinds Casino to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any compensation.
  7. All decisions made by CrossWinds Casino and the Gaming Commission are final and binding.

  9. All prizes are non-transferable, void where prohibited by law.

  17. A kiosk may be utilized to determine winner.
  18. Title 31 regulations apply to all prizes won.

  20. CrossWinds Casino is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers, gifts or prizes.
  21. Patron must claim prize within seven (7) days of being notified on Facebook; after that time, offer will be voided.
  22. WINDS Play expires forty-eight (48) hours from date and time awarded.
